Costa Mesa, Calif. - November 14, 2005, Kellie Klein, client relations manager for global investment bank RSM EquiCo, has been named an employee of the year finalist for RSM McGladrey's 2005 Individual Achievement Award.
Each year RSM McGladrey, a provider of business and tax consulting services, recognizes the accomplishments of select employees whose personal and professional accomplishments reflect the firm's corporate values. Klein was one of only 22 employees selected for the honor out of an employee population of 4,500.
Klein was recognized for her "leadership, unfaltering dedication to customer satisfaction and overall work ethic," said Tom Braun, executive vice president of sales, marketing and operations for RSM EquiCo. "Kellie is one of our firm's biggest assets. She's committed not only to the success of the department, but to RSM EquiCo as a whole."
As client relations manager, Klein is directly responsible for all aspects of the client services department, including managing seminar attendance data, industry profiles, sales projections and accuracy of the company database. During her four-year tenure with the firm, she has also contributed to the development and training of STARs, RSM EquiCo's client relations database, and has automated nearly 95 percent of her department's processing - increasing productivity by 25 percent.
Klein joins RSM EquiCo professionals Nelson Ferguson and Brett Banner, who each received achievement awards in 2004.
