William R. Shiry, Jr.

Mr. Shiry has more than 20 years of corporate finance experience, including serving as a managing director with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance LLC, where he was responsible for advising on merger and acquisition transactions and for assisting clients in raising senior debt, subordinated debt/mezzanine finance, and equity in the private capital markets.

Mr. Shiry also has held positions in leveraged finance syndications at Heller Financial and in loan syndications, private placements and corporate finance with Security Pacific/Bank of America. He has been involved in transactions in a wide variety of industries and has worked with both private and public companies ranging in size from middle market to Fortune 1000.

Mr. Shiry holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Miami University and a master's in business administration from the University of Michigan. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.
