Sean C. Walker

Mr. Walker's investment banking experience includes sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, leveraged recapitalizations and work outs. He has executed transactions in a broad range of industries, notably in the healthcare and aerospace and defense sectors. Mr. Walker previously served as an associate adjunct professor at the University of California, Los Angeles, teaching courses in leadership, management and ethics, and weapon-systems engineering. He was a U.S. Naval Officer for more than eight years, serving as a Naval Flight Officer in the F-14 Tomcat. He currently sits on the West Coast Advisory Board of the World Skin Cancer Foundation.
Mr. Walker received a bachelor's degree in economics with a concentration in finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, and a master's degree in business administration from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 24 securities licenses.
