Michael G. Parham

Mr. Parham’s background includes mergers, acquisitions, corporate finance and restructuring. He was an associate director at Peter J. Solomon Company and a vice president in the M&A department of Credit Lyonnais Securities and Daiwa Securities America in New York. Mr. Parham began his career with the international group at Deloitte & Touche, serving in New York and Moscow.

Mr. Parham has advised clients across a variety of industries, including energy services, renewable energy, industrial manufacturing, construction/engineering, and consumer products.

Mr. Parham is a CPA and an honors graduate of Dartmouth College. He received a master’s degree in business administration from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business. He holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 securities licenses.
