Margaret A. Thurmond

Ms. Thurmond is a global financial executive and accomplished negotiator with extensive experience in strategic planning, revenue and profitability enhancement, process redesign and management information systems. Before joining McGladrey Capital Markets, she was senior vice president and chief financial officer of myCFO, Inc.
Ms. Thurmond, who has more than 20 years of financial management experience, was formerly vice president of finance for Kinko's, director of finance and administration for Deloitte & Touche, chief financial officer for Associated Travel International and managing director for American Airlines. She received both a bachelor's degree in business administration/accounting and a master's degree in professional accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a doctoral student in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University.
Ms. Thurmond is a certified public accountant in the State of Texas and sits on the board of ACG Orange County. She is also a member of the Forum for Corporate Directors, Financial Executives International and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Thurmond holds a Series 27 Financial and Operations Principal (FINOP) certification for FINRA.
