Mr. Dorey has more than 30 years of experience in the middle-market M&A industry, most recently as a managing director for the middle-market division of Citigroup. Previously, Mr. Dorey worked for Granite Construction Co., Granite Rock Company and Hydro Conduit Corporation, and he successfully owned and managed a boutique M&A firm in Southern California for eight years.

He has advised numerous clients in a wide range of sectors, including construction, engineering, building materials, aggregates, plastics and metal fabrication, consumer products, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and technology.

He received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a master's degree in business administration from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Dorey holds real estate broker licenses in several states and FINRA Series 7, 24
and 63 securities licenses.
